Sweet Family Cottage on Beautiful Potter's Pond in East Matunuck

"This was an amazing quiet beautiful location. Loved taking a kayak ride and admiring the homes that are tucked away from the mainstream. This home truly was majestic. Perfect for our family of 4 with 2 boys. We had plenty of space and spent much of our time outdoors playing corn hole, fishing and biking. It is so close to East Matunuck state beach and a short drive to Galilee. Quick adventure to Block Island was nice too. We will definitely return to this serene location. Neighbors were nice too! Look forward to our next stay! Thanks"

"This is our second year at this property and it was perfect. The condo is comfortable, has everything you need. The location is perfect. The ability to walk to the ferry for a day on Block Island is a plus. Georges restaurant next door never disappoints. Other favorites are only a short drive away. Communication with James was perfect."
