「First time booking at this hotel and it was great! From the moment I checked in until I left everything was smooth, rooms are great and personal unlike the branded hotel, clean and spacious rooms, no noise at all from the pub downstairs! A special shoutout to Silvi, the lady who checked me in and took me to my room, she was so friendly and welcoming and explained everything to me, I am defo booking again when I’m in the area thank you!」

「I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new...
