“This gorgeous hut was amazing to stay in, so relaxing, clean, cosy and a perfect little get away. The hot tub was brilliant, great temperature and clean, they heating inside the hut was great and the shower was a great size, would definitely stay again here ”

Immaculate accomodation with a very personal touch, a welcome hamper & even a basket of treats for out dog and a fenced area for the dog too. Thoroughly recommend, a great base for exploring the local area.”

“Absolutely beautiful well laid out flat. Plenty of room for for 3 adults (one very elderly and not mobile). Everything inside is good quality and works! Christmas tree was lovely touch. The only downside ... no WI-FI!! which im sure we had specified on our search.”

“Apartment 4, Sir Nigel Gresley. Overall a good stay. Listed as first floor but was second floor. Four flights of stairs bit of a struggle for four over 60s with suitcases. Also en suite shower a definite no. High step and getting out no hand holds. Couldn't use it. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen. Sofas too low and only two chairs for the dining table. Central location. Probably wouldn't use again due to mobility issues.”

“We have stayed here for two consecutive years. It’s a good-sized property, well-maintained, and generally clean but there were dog hairs on one of the sofas and it definitely smells more like dog I. 2024 (on the ground floor only - the upstairs is immaculate) than it did in 2023. I would suggest the property is either deep-cleaned and better aired/odor neutralized after every stay OR only advertised to dog owners. If you have dogs, it is a perfect place to stay with lots of good local walks to……
