“Lovely little place in a peaceful area, the cricket pavilion has everything you could need for a short break - plus some thoughtful and welcome extras from the owner. Excellent Pub literally 5 mins walk away through the horse paddocks- their pies are delicious! Would definitely recommend the property and may well be back ourselves! Thank you :) ”

“Lovely clean property, living room would be cosy for 4 people. Well equipped kitchen. Only drawback is parking space which is small for larger cars and with poor visibility of road. Also workers of boatyard park opposite the driveway so unable to reverse into the driveway if you come back to the cottage during work hours.”

“Beautiful, well equipped and presented accommodation and although the place is dog friendly it was very clean. It is in a very quiet secluded spot with plenty of birds and two squirrels kept us well entertained.A lovely couple renting the place out and the welcome pack was very appreciated.We will go back again as we both enjoyed a relaxing break.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at The Conifers. It was lovely and quiet. My partner was recuperating from heart surgery so we didn’t go too far, nice flat walks nearby. Long and short. I think probably most people that stay have dogs, as non dog owners, we could smell dog in the main living area and when you sat on the sofas or the rug. “An absolutely wonderful cottage in fantastic grounds. A real country getaway. We enjoyed a lovely winter pre-Christmas break here and it was a great base from which to explore North Norfolk and the coast. The grounds of the estate in which the cottage sits are beautiful, with lots of walks without getting in the car.
