"We have enjoyed the brunch at Ludwigs for years, but this time we anchored our stay at the Sonnenalp. The beauty and coziness of the property and the rooms were exceptional. Service levels on the property and daily for our room were superior. The whole atmosphere is one of welcome, comfort and European excellence. This fall stay is going to become a routine"

"Very nice hotel and we really enjoyed the location, cleanliness and how quiet the room was. It was disappointing to show up an hour before check-in and be told that our room was ready to be checked in, but if we wanted to do that, we'd have to pay an extra $25. We didn't pre-arrange an early check-in so they didn't have to do anything extra for that and it would cost them nothing to allow us to drop our bags in our room and then go out to eat, but no. Difference between a customer first place and others. Everything else about this location was really nice."
