「I liked the gym, the lake with the walking path and the location. There was a variety of restaurants and Bradley Fair outdoor mall is in walking distance. I didn't like that the continental breakfast wasn't free and I wasn't told that I would need to request housekeeping during my 4 night stay. Apparently Hilton only offers Housekeeping upon request.」

「The mattress was very firm to hard. Ok if you like it that way. It was ok for the price, quiet and safe. Major negative is that the floors were dirty…don’t walk barefoot. Also, the room was very damp….if you hang up a bath towel, it will still be damp the next day as will your clothes even when they are dry when you come in the room.」

「Massive construction going on, considering how inconvenient it is and the level of construction going on, I would have not stayed here at full price. I wish they would have informed of this during booking. I could have stayed at a much nicer place for around the same spend」

「Enjoyed the amenities. The staff at the breakfast bar was most helpful and kind. Cleanliness I would rank 0. We had bed bugs in both rooms we stayed in and the housekeeping never came in the 4 nights we stayed there. I wish I was kidding.」

「Staff were friendly and room was clean. But that’s all the positive. The pool needs resurfaced and did not look safe. When we got to breakfast all the food was gone except waffles, in the 10-15 minutes we stayed nobody refilled anything. Hotel as whole needs updated and cleaned」
