Horizon View - seafront retreat with wonderful sea views
Horizon View is set on the second floor of a beautifully-converted townhouse on Eastbourne's delightful seafront.
Soak in views of the pier, beach and waves as you sip your morning coffee - or take a stroll on the promenade and breath in that special sea air. A rejuvenating getaway at this seaside retreat could be just what the doctor ordered!
With one double bedroom and one twin, this contemporary holiday flat sleeps up to four - and will be a winner with friends or families.
Horizon View is one of three flats in a newly-converted seafront building in Eastbourne - a historically significant house where Charles Darwin wrote part of 'Origin of the Species' back in 1852.
On the first floor, below this apartment, in the same building is Pier View, and on the ground floor is Promenade View. Each of the three apartments sleeps up to four, so a group or extended family of up to 12 could book all three properties together.
The apartments each have a contemporary, open-plan living space furnished very similarly.
The lounge areas have L-shaped comfy sofas and smart TVs, plus there are further smart TVs in all bedrooms - so no fighting over which programme to watch!
Kitchens are well equipped, each boasting an oven and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine.
There is a modern bathroom in each flat, with a bath with shower over. All linen and regular towels are provided (bring your beach towels) and flats are fitted with WiFi.
One well behaved small to medium adult dog which has been spayed / neutered may be permitted at an additional fee, but please discuss with us before booking as this in on a selective basis and the owner requests more information.
We can provide daily parking permits that allow you to park on the seafront and nearby streets (ask us for details/price).
Eastbourne pier is just a stone's throw away, plus Eastbourne Redoubt, a circular coastal defence fort. The iconic Eastbourne bandstand is just a stroll down the promenade and the various Eastbourne theatres and the world-class Towner Eastbourne contemporary art gallery are also an easy walk away.
The town centre is just 10 minutes stroll, with a wealth of shops, cafes, restaurants and the train station (with direct trains to London, Gatwick, Brighton, Hastings and more).
Talk to the Exclusively Eastbourne team if you're interested in booking all three properties together or any of our other holiday homes (we look after 70+ in the area).
