「Big and nice area」

「The staff was probably the friendliest I’ve encountered in a long time, really made my day. For an older property everything was clean and in good shape.」

「Good bed. Decent room for a decent price. Nothing fancy. 」

「The clerk at check in was nice. They even checked our room to see if it was done to let us in a bit early. They said the room was done but we found someone ice cream cones in the fridge, the bathtub had lots of hair in it that was not ours, the shower cur6was really dirty and needed washed. We tried to turn on the TV. It didn't work, tried to call front desk to tell them, phone didn't work, toilet was broken and ran after flushing it (unless you jiggled the handle). Had to walk down to desk to...

「The room could use some cleaning and bedding was worn out. It smelled old.」
