"We stayed for the weekend in the lodge. The breakfast and amenities were fine. We liked the location. There was so much to do! Everything was clean and functional. A little out-dated, but charming. We would definitely stay again and we're pleased with our stay. Dan at the Tavern made our night! "

"This is a great old former high end motel that is making a much needed rebirth. First the staff was exceptionally friendly and Johnny on the spot with any needs. The rooms have all new furniture and decor with very comfortable bedding. The rooms had mini fridges, microwave, coffee maker and iron and board. The outside is still undergoing remodeling and thus a substantial part of the parking was taken up for construction and equipment, but that is a temporary inconvenience. Oh, and by the way, a...

"We were looking for a place to stay for 1 night on our way to another destination. This was one of the cheaper places to stay, and I'd stay there again. The rooms were small, but clean and quiet. They had a fridge, microwave and coffee machine."

"Dewey Lake is so pretty. The drive around it has multiple places to pull over and enjoy the view. This was a business trip, but being in nature is refreshing for my soul! It was a long day, but having the dining room available, and the suite with the extra living space made it nice to work on a project with a colleague in a very pleasant environment. The dining and front check in staff were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again."
