「We had a great SummerWeen in The Archer house! The history book in the space to read was awesome to see how far back the house and roots of it go. It’s definitely an older house with history and uneven floors, but it adds the the character of the home. We loved it and the girls loved having bigger beds than mom and dad for the week! The communication with the host was a breeze and any questions were answered right away. We loved the decor and Halloween vibes. Will definitely stay again!!」

「This turned out to be an excellent choice for our trip to Boston. The home was beautiful and very clean. The place is cute, with thoughtful details and provisions for guests, such as a set of towels in every room and a kitchen with everything you need, including Ziploc bags and menus. "I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
