「I really like the location and having our own home that was historic and quaint. 2 pianos, which were both enjoyed. Staying here , you connect with the locals. You feel part of the area- not a tourist. True immersion experience. Friendly area. Park and no need to drive. Walk everywhere for everything. Groceries , dining. Views. Met lots of people in the community. Very relaxing. Beautiful historical homes. Truly a beautiful area. Great space for a musician or writer to create or anyone who wants...

「This was a great space for our family of five. Lots of room, right on the bus line, and everything was brand new and upgraded. Plus it had space for parking and a washer and dryer which were a nice bonus. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Boston area.」

「We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood that made for a peaceful getaway. Rachel was absolutely great to work with — friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. This will definitely be my go-to spot for staying on the Cape!」

「Property was great and was as advertised. Beautiful home and fit our needs perfectly. Neighborhood was not the greatest. There were lots of late noises. The driveway left a lot to be desired. The van we rented was very low to the ground and all the driveways in that neighborhood are sloped which cause the front bottom of the vehicle to scrape. The pocket doors to the bathrooms did not lock well. Overall we had a great time and the house exceeded our expectations. 」

「We were happy to stay in the clean, simple, private cottage in a quiet neighborhood of Plum Island. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. The driveway access was tight, but manageable. We drove the few miles to the Parker National Wildlife Refuge and would love to have spent more hours there looking at birds and beaches.」

「We have stayed at the bungalows previously. It’s always been a great experience. The house has just what we needed for a short stay. The Mayflower had the perfect space for a family of 3 to visit the beach. Kitchen was a great size and well stocked. The property owner has always been nearby and responsive when we needed something. It’s great that you get two off street parking spots.」
