“By far the best host we have ever stayed with. We appreciated Patsy checking in on us shortly after we arrived and valued her recommendations. The house is absolutely adorable and we loved that it was decorated for Christmas when we were there in January. Three bedrooms plus an extra living space with a cozy fireplace made our family of 8 comfortable and gave the kids plenty of space to play. We also loved that the kids had space to play outside. Patsy, we also appreciated learning a little bit……

Welcoming, comfortable, spacious and yet a perfect combination of a feeling of home. My family of six (plus small dog) thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay. Would definitely recommend this property. ”

“The kitchen was well equipped but I did need one more pot that I purchased to prepare our meal with family. The bed was comfy but small. It was a full size. It would be nice to have a queen. We did not bring pets but would in future. It would be great to have a fenced area for dogs out back. The yard could use some sprucing up but all on all it was a very good stay.”

“Dream stay, they did an amazing job setting this up! Perfect views! I mean a hot tub with a Mountain View!? Perfect! The space was amazing, they literally thought of everything, every detail made the space unique and a great experience. The bunk beds were actually really spacious for our teen daughter, the little curtain gave her some extra privacy. We stayed over Christmas and were able to enjoy the hallmark stay my daughter envisioned. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay,……

“We had a great weekend stay in the Fountain side A-Frame! Check-in was very easy, and our cabin was very clean with all the basic amenities. We loved exploring the property, especially all the games in the main barn and hanging out with the animals (the cats were so friendly too!). Perfect as a getaway to relax, and as an option if you're spending time in the Smokies or Cherokee National Forest. ”
