"The outside amenities are great. Clean and well kept however, the hotel is very dark and dreary inside. The rooms are dated and very dirty. One of our beds had a stained comforter and a stained blanket. The baseboards in the bathroom were covered in dirt. The AC unit above our room dripped 24/7 onto our AC unit and was extremely loud all night. This was our 1st and last stay which is unfortunate because the pool and waterslides were great."

"My husband and I rented a room for the weekend to go hiking in the mountains. Upon arrival we could immediately see this was not as it was described. Very run down. Upon check in the staff was not very friendly. We got up to our floor and immediately identified they were doing renovations. Which is fine but no indication on the listing or by the hotel. When we got to our room complete disappointment. The room was not as described and it was dirty nasty. We had no WiFi in our room. Limited towels. There was something disgusting on the walls and bedding. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling down. I would NOT recommend to anyone."

"The hotel is centrally located and off the main parkway which allows for a more quiet setting The rooms are spacious and nice decor and amenities Very close to pretty much everything; very easy to get to Dollywood/Splash Country. The breakfast offers a wide range of choices and staff very friendly and helpful Definitely value for your money."
