The inside of the house was incredibly clean, but the outside was barren, including the "lawn". Even though the furniture was comfortable, it was mismatched with no thought given to decor. The bedroom dressers looked like they came from a thrift store.
The living room had a heater, but it was the only room and the heat didn't migrate to the other rooms. There were portable heaters, but after turning on a second one, the circuit breaker was flipped. The circuit breaker was in a locked basement, so the night in the two bedrooms were cold and dark. Maintenance did show up early the next day and even brought another blanket, so I have to give them kudos for a good response. Communication with Del Mar was very good.
As far as location, the house is located on a very narrow and potholed filled street.
Lastly, the house needs more supplies. The house could sleep six, but there were only three coffee mugs and four wine glasses. The place settings and glassware were mismatched - again looking like thrift shop purchases.
