What was not good(from our perspective): the bathroom is too small, you can barely get dressed/undressed; the walls are not properly insulated, and you can hear your neighbors. Just stop and go for 2-3 days is good.」

「I had a travel day from hell and when I called (almost in tears) to tell them my check-in would be in the middle of the night not only did they accommodate but were extremely nice and reassuring, and then they upgraded me. He then called the next day to check in on me and ask about my sleep. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE KOBES OF HOSPITALITY. 「So…the site itself is in a gorgeous location so if the weather is good you will want to sit outside. The property is an older building and we expected and were fine with that. They seem to want to be a venue space more than a hotel- we knew there might be an event but the thumping music from the DJ travels.
