“Kayu Village is a treasure hotel located in the Pererenan area. You can enjoy an eco-friendly atmosphere, warm service, and delicious breakfast. There are also nice restaurants such as shelter and woods within a 5-minute walk. I left my phone in the taxi on the first day of my trip. With the help of Mia and Idah, I was able to find it. I will never forget their quick response and help. I just want to say thank you again.”

“Amazing staff, super friendly and helpful. Great location, 2 minutes walk from the beach with famous beach clubs. Pool area is very pleasant, I didn’t try the spa though and the Yoga classes were not on unfortunately. Breakfast was fantastic as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel.”

Special shout out to the staff on the dining room, Elga who served us at dinner and Hanny who took care of me at breakfast. The property is beautifully designed and our stay was very pleasant. “It’s our honeymoon and I informed hotel in advance however I didnt see them working on any of giving surprise or service to make it a honeymoony stay. Lagoon is dirty. Leaves are sinking under the water and no one cleans. Despite of it, hotel staff are very nice and helpful. ”

“We stayed for 11-nights and overall we had a great time. On the first day we had issues with the rain shower (it was only trickling water, the rest of the water holes were blocked) and we communicated it to the staff. Not sure if they fixed it while we were out, but it did improve. The space is perfect for us (two people) and the bed is super comfy. There are a lot of insects in the night (moths, small flies, etc) but the property provides an electric standing zapper thing so it was not so……

“We stayed at the Walter Spies room and it was amazing!!! We added the rose petals in our bathtub which is extremely romantic! The private pool is great, the service was wonderful, and the Thursday dance performance dinner and cooking class (must do the traditional market shopping) was fun fun fun!!! Spa service was very relaxing, breakfast and afternoon tea is very nice too! Hotels location is 45-90 mins away from the airport depends on the traffic, this area is more like a tourist area with……
