MV Derby Stay

Good house and great rental support staff. Centrally located between Edgartown and Oak Bluffs. Definitely recommend.

Lovely vacation home

We thoroughly enjoyed this Martha’s Vineyard vacation home. Easy in, easy out. Surrounded by trees. So peaceful. The only issue was that the two back bedrooms had a musty odor. Otherwise everything about this home was great!

Tranquil getaway

Great little house close to Edgartown in a very quiet neighborhood. Right on the bike path. Loved the outdoor shower and the deck space.

Clean, comfortable, great location

The beds were comfortable, split unit AC great. Nice deck, some potted plants, which I watered, add color and vibrancy. We didn’t use the little fireplace but it was set up with wood. The outdoor shower is fun for the beach experience. Without knowing ahead of time (first time MV visitor), Teaberry ended up a great location, wooded and quiet, near Edgartown. In some ways the interior could use a “cutification,” but overall a perfectly nice stay. One weird thing: the toilet boil seems to generate heat from below, creating condensation on the seat. Ladies, beware!

The property was exactly what we had expected since we had rented that same property last year

The only downside to the property is there was no cable TV bit of an inconvenience when you have three hockey fans that want to watch the Bruins games but other than that everything was outstanding as usual we plan on renting that property again next year if it is available

Not what I expected

I use VRBO on every trip. This particular property was a bit disappointing. Although the property was clean it was very musty and smelled of mold. They had a dehumidifier, but the smell was very overwhelming.

Loved our stay in MV!!

Process for renting very easy - was through Evolve. Evolve was very helpful - they contacted the home owner to see if we could stay less than 7 days and responded very quickly. Nice that a big security deposit was not required! The house was perfect for us, location nice and central to oaks bluff and Edgartown. Having beach chairs available very helpful! House was very clean and decorated cute:) it was very hot and humid during our stay - there are fans in each room - but might consider window ac units or portable ones in bedrooms - but that would be our only suggestion. All else was wonderful! We highly recommend the home and hope to be back next year!!!:)

Private, clean and close to everything!

Easy to get from either ferry and close enough for an easy bike ride from Vineyard Have and Edgartown. Very close to the beaches in Oak Bluffs. Nice walking trail in the back, very private and a great outdoor shower! House is a perfect, simple cape and very comfortably furnished. Hits all the boxes!
