「Had such a fantastic stay. Arrived at the hotel a little after check in time, the room was not ready which certainly happens and I had no problem waiting. I ran an errand and received a text saying the room was ready. They upgraded my room to a suite with a balcony that walks out right next to The Hotel Chelsea sign.
