Absolutely one of the best hotel experiences! Amazing staff, incredibly lobby/coffee shop and bar. Roofdeck with Hannah bar also awesome. And the playlists were spectacular!

Great little spot in midtown! The staff was wonderful, the room was clean and very chic. Rooms are a bit on the smaller side (as is expected in that area) so likely works best for couples or single travelers and not families. Good coffee (included) from the cafe downstairs and a nice rooftop bar. Will stay again!

The good: fabulous location, wonderful staff, exceptional aesthetics. The bad: most of the furniture is effectively unusable (to include a single chair that is not compatible with the height of the provided desk), and the limited soundproofing means that street noise is clearly audible in the middle of the night . . . even on the 13th floor.

Book this hotel last minute. Location is excellent close to subway Penn Station. Great restaurants. Best part of the property is unlimited complimentary coffee and iced coffee. They also have a one hour happy hour with great wine. Staff are excellent, went above and beyond. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location...staff are very helpful. Bar and coffee shop in lobby are great. No gym and only one elevator (one was broken I guess). They told me you could go to Equinox and get a day pass but Equinox said they did not allow that. Rooms are fine and comfortable.

Very cool bohemian spot. When I got to the room I thought I was staying in Bali, very cool, wood platform bed and a bottle of wine waiting for me as an “Expedia Perk”! Staff really friendly and helpful, cool bar and coffee shop and a nice rooftop bar too.
