This hotel is a little gem! The common spaces are beautiful - we enjoyed a drink at the bar, and breakfast there the next day. Tapas restaurant is cute, and coffee shop is also very nice. The staff is very responsive and even texted me right back after I responded to a text from the hotel! That never happens - rooms were very nice. Bathroom sink area a little cramped but other that everything was excellent as was price for NYC.

Absolutely loved all the plants and how cozy it was. The staff were all so friendly, and we really loved the free coffee/ tea/ hot chocolate and evening happy hour! The location was perfect, it was quiet but still so near the action. Would definitely return!

Loved the coffee bar in the lobby and the roof top bar. Great location. My only complaint would be the lighting in the bathroom. The light is only on one side of the mirror so doing your make up or putting in contacts was almost impossible.

Really enjoyed our stay! Loved how lively the cafe downstairs was in the morning (and complimentary coffee was much appreciated!) plus the patio space when it was nice out. Room was spacious, with really nice bathroom and toiletries. We were able to hear some noise from hallways but it wasn't a big problem. My one complaint was that the pillows weren't that comfortable but otherwise all was good with rooms. Location: pretty good, though you may have to walk a little to some subway lines.

The room was spotless, and the staff was consistently friendly and accommodating. Adding more lighting in the foyer would make it easier when entering the room. Overall, it was a wonderful stay—great value for New York City and an excellent location.

Hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The rooftop bar was great, be mindful it’s not open in the evenings. The check-in was smooth and efficient and everything was explained well. The hotel offers free coffee to guests but there is a coffee shop in the reception for pastries and speciality coffees.
