Dollys House

This is a charming property with its own lovely pool and screened porch. Lots of privacy very restful. Very close to the river for long walks and close to dining and activities in New Smyrna.

Quiet Retreat

Kathleen was amazing! There were fresh flowers, Homemade Blueberry Ginger bread and a bottle of wine on the kitchen table upon our arrival!!! Delicious Bread btw…Home is close to everything but still super quiet neighborhood. House was really well equipped. The only one thing that was a bummer was the pool was too cold to swim in however it was in the 50s at night.

Relaxing stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dolly’s house! The house was clean, had a great pool, and was well stocked with plenty of towels and other things to help us enjoy our stay. As someone who loves to cook the kitchen had everything you needed! Upon arriving we were surprised by a 6 pack of beer, creamer for the coffee and fresh muffins - such a nice touch! Kathleen was extremely helpful during our stay. We would love to come back again!

Very nice as always

This is a lovely house, impeccably clean and very well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet. The pool is lovely and very private. Kathleen always adds personal touches specific to our likes. This was our 3rd time visiting and it was great. We will be back for sure.

A slice of paradise

Wonderful time, easy access to anything around. Owners are very nice. We were greeted with homemade coffee cake! Looking forward to a return stay. Very comfortable and homey.

Oh what a week

What a wonderful 2 week vacation. Kathleen is an amazing host, from greeting us with baked goodies and wine to helping us when there were problems with our rental car. The house was perfect as well as the pool. We would definitely stay again.

Awesome month at Dolly's Place

This wonderful little cottage provides the perfect getaway. The host has thought of everything you might need and is there to answer any question or concern. Located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. We enjoyed being away from the crowds and noise of the beach, but still within a ten minute drive to being parked on New Smyrna Beach. The pool and porch area are private and clean. Can't wait to visit again.

Had a great time!

We loved our stay at the Dolly house. The Patio and pool area is where we spent then majority of our time while we where at the house. It’s very private and relaxing. We was able to visit Orlando, New Smyrna, and Daytona. Location was perfect and the house was equipped with everything we needed.

Always Delightful!

Quiet, calm winter getaway.

Neighborhood was quiet and very calm. The house was well stocked, appointed, and decorated. The lanai and pool were very relaxing. Edgewater is just a short drive from Daytona, New Symrna, and Sanford/Deland/Deltona for lots of restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. The house is very close to the Indian River and all of the great local parks. The host was very friendly and easy to contact. Great vacation.

We would highly recommend this home to our friends.

We had a great stay in Edgewater. Your home was in a great location and worked well for my sons wheelchair. Loved the pool❤ nice and warm and clean. Home was clean. Loved the welcoming touches of homemade muffins and fruit. We have rented several homes and this home was the best equipped one.

Home away from home? Yes Please!!

This was our second time staying at "Dolly's House" Kathleen is a gracious, thoughtful and accessible hostess. The property is impeccably maintained and every comfort is thought of. The pool is wonderful and the toys and towels provided for beachgoing. We loved the goodies left to welcome us and the personal note. Better than any hotel. You can't go wrong staying here. Much needed getaway in very cozy home.

Very nice, cozy home with a great screened-in pool. Immaculately clean inside and out. Pool in excellent condition and also very clean. Neighborhood very quiet. Kathleen, the hostess was very hospitable and responsive and had a very nice welcome package at our arrival. Check-in/check-out process was totally seamless. We’ll be back!
