Unfortunately there was no coordination between some of the staff working night with those working night shift. Me and My Fiancé, We extended our stay for one extra-day.. We were assured by the Night-shift staff that everything is good to go. Sadly that wasn’t the case. At 11 am We received a call to our room phone from the front disk, a Lady, an employee of the Hotel , can’t recall her Name, with an attitude she said to us, JUST SO GUYS KNOW CHECK OUT is at 011:00 am.. I was like what are you talking about.. we extended our stay for another day.. she goes Let Me check the system.. then she went Quiet.. I asked what is going on Ma’am?? She goes LIKE I SAID THERE IS NOTHING in the system to show you extended your stay.. come down and fix this.. no respect at all.. no please no nothing. Honestly I was extremely upset at her. So I came down and she swiped my credit card and issued me two new keys. And I even didn’t thank her..
Day shift Must have a warm hand-over to night shift vs and versa. The Management needs to take steps to fix these kind issues that arises, otherwise, the comfort-inn will one day turn into disaster-Inn.
