Apartment is in a good location with parking available. The rooms are very old and tired, the whole place could really do with refurbishment. Several areas of walls/doors were cracked or broken, paint is peeling off walls and ceiling. The carpets are covered in stains in every room. Beds were old and extremely creaky and uncomfortable. The apartment did not seem very clean or well maintained. The check in process was very quick and easy, location is excellent, nice and close to old Edinburgh and Holyrood Park.

Wonderful spacious apartment. Very comfy beds and furniture. And beautiful view of Arthur’s Seat! The location was perfect to get to buses, walkable to many great places to eat and more. This worked out perfect for my daughter and me.
