Seton Sands Holiday Village on the east coast of Scotland might well be one of Havens prettiest parks. You'll see glorious views over the Firth of Forth, crossed by the seriously impressive Forth Railway Bridge (a UNESCO World Heritage Site). As the name suggests, we're super-close to the beach, with acres of soft sand on hand.

The Beaumont is brimming with little luxuries and packed with mod cons this holiday home is luxurious and modern with a lovely aspect and a perfect retreat for a few nights away.

Located within the quietest part of Seton Sands Holiday Village this holiday home offers peace and tranquillity due to its location on the park. You are never far from the action with numerous entertainment and leisure opportunities on site if you choose to take part.

The Beaumont is a 3 bedroom holiday home, with additional sofa bed option, sleeping a maximum of 8 people.

It consists of a master bedroom with king-size bed and wardrobes, this room has a ensuite bathroom with sink, WC and cubicle shower. A dressing table including hairdryer and a second television.

There are two twin bedrooms one has two standard 3ft single beds and wardrobe space.

The second twin room has two small 2ft 6in single beds and wardrobe space.

There is a small bathroom with sink, WC and cubicle shower.

There is a large open plan kitchen/lounge/diner, this space opens out on to a large deck via double sliding patio doors.

The north west facing deck offers sea views in the distance and the pitch allows for a mix of  sunny spots and shade all day.

The lounge is bright and comfortable with a sea view. It has two free standing sofas, one of these is also a sofa bed. The entertainment system consists of free WiFi, a large screen TV with DVD player and Bluetooth speakers integrated into the ceiling of the lounge.

The dining room has a large dining table and four dining chairs.

The Beaumont is fitted with full central heating system and also an electric fire in the lounge for those chilly evenings. The heating can be easily controlled from the timer controls on the boiler. (the boiler is located in the main bathroom beside the toilet). 

The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and cookware. A full size hob and oven, microwave, dish washer and washing machine.

We will supply; Sugar, Tea, Coffee, Salt & Pepper.

Washing up liquid, Dish cloth and sponge, Surface cleaner, Hand Soap, Bleach, Toilet roll, Kitchen roll, Dish washer tablets, Washing machines tablets.

The beds are all made with cotton blend linen, 10.5 tog duvets, non feather pillows and bed spreads for colder weather.

One bath sheet is provided per person as well as hand towels, hand soap and bleach in the bathrooms. There is a hairdryer in the master bedroom.

The home can be equipped with mobility equipment if this would help your stay be more comfortable.

We can supply a shower stool, toilet frame, walker or wheelchair. These must be requested in advance of your arrival.

We can also offer a high chair and travel cot. These must be requested in advance of your arrival.

The wrap around deck is accessed by a ramp, offering easy access for wheelchairs or buggies. At the top of the ramp you will find a lockable gate. This means if you are relaxing on the deck or inside you can be assure the little ones or vulnerable adults can’t just wander off.

There is parking right next to the holiday home. The car park at the main centre offers two EV chargers (operated by Monta) there are also other EV chargers in the area. Please check the Charge Place Scotland website for information on these.
