Its a resl nice place, my only complaint was coming home one night and not being able to get in our room because our keys did not work. Otherwise the room was real nice and modern.

Property location was perfect, walking distance to everything - stores, castles, etc. The property itself was really quaint. Staff was very pleasant and nice. Problems with room though will make me not return. Asked for and confirmed a room on the bottom floor and they booked us on the third floor. Said it was too hard to move things around to accommodate our original request. Booked a CityView King, while it said for 2 people it was beyond cramped, would only recommend for 1 person. Could barely move, no storage for clothes, luggage (even housekeeper saw our amount of luggage and commented how did we fit in that room). Their King is not a US king, it is actually a queen in UK. Our air conditioner didn't work asked them to multiple times to get it cool and it just never did, so hot slept with no covers on. Couldn't open the windows as it was too noisy. Even with the windows closed every morning we were woken at 2:30am. Asked about this at the front desk as I didn't see anything below and she said there was a hidden bar and that is why there were ear plugs in the drawer. Ugh. I want to like this property and maybe with a suite it would be better, but even with more space you would still have the noise factor. Not worth the chance for us next time in Edinburgh.

The property is perfect but the outside noise at night is terrible. People still drinking and partying at 3 am. If they get some kind of noise blocker we would always stay there when in Edinburgh.

Beautiful property! The accommodations were very comfortable with high-end finishes. Attention was paid to details including coffee, tea, water, and toiletries in the room, to coffee, tea, and pastries in the lounge every day. The property is convenient to many restaurants and shopping. The only drawback was it was quite loud at night into the early morning with revelers and revving cars.

The room was impeccable and we loved the kitchenette with immaculate and complete set of kitchenware. Storage was difficult given that we are on a two-week trip with a variety of weather—hence more luggage. We should have booked a larger residence. But all in all we loved it!

Great Stay!
We had a great stay at RIGH Residences. Our experience started even before we checked in with great communication from the property. While the automated check-in process was not as expected because the key cards would not print, the on-site property staff was very quick to assist and provide the necessary cards. Once inside we were treated with sweets and a very thoughtful, congratulatory note from the staff as we were celebrating our anniversary during our stay. The apartment was new, very clean, and the kitchenette provided more than the necessities for us to make a quick breakfast each morning. Everything worked well but it did take a little time to figure out the lighting and window blinds. It was quite a bonus to have the lounge on the same floor where we could get espresso and cappuccino anytime and could also enjoy a morning or afternoon sweet. We heard a small amount of street noise initially but it was certainly not disturbing and it did not keep us up at night. The room was also quiet internally as we didn't hear any conversation or noise from other apartments or travelers checking in. We would certainly stay again! Thank you Nina and Team RÌGH!
