Lovely 3 bedroom apartment with spacious living room and cosy bedrooms in Edinburgh, Scotland. Suitable for holidays, business travels or football lovers! Close to the football stadium, local shops like Asda, Aldi and Lidl and small local shops and cafes. Beach is 10 minute drive from the property. If you are a football fan you can watch football match at the stadium 15 minutes way. Easy connection by train with cities like Dundee, Dunfermline, Glasgow etc..
The space

Lovely modern property with spacious living room and cosy 3 bedroom in Edinburgh, Scotland. Suitable for holidays, business travels or football lovers! Close to the football stadium, local shops like Morrisons, Aldi and Lidl and small local shops and cafes. Cramond beach is a 15 minute bus trip away. If you are a football fun, you can watch football match for free from comfort of your living room or bedroom with a glass of your favourite drink in your hand. Property has FAST Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Skye and NETFLIX!
Easy connection by train with cities like Dundee, Glasgow, Aberdeen etc..

Okay if on a budget

We were shocked to see the outside of the building, and worried we had made a poor choice but once inside it was okay. It’s a good base for exploring Edinburgh. It does need more cutlery etc to make it a nicer stay(sleeps seven has three forks). We had no trouble with neighbours.

Apartment not “stunning” as described

Once in the apartment it is ok ( marked walls and leaking toilet, flaking paint on radiators - with a balcony/smoking room with dirty ashtrays and broken chairs). But beds were comfy and a useable kitchen, but lacked in some kitchen equipment and not enough comfortable seating for 6 people. Also a lack of useable plug sockets. - but the YouTube clip does advise how to get the electrics back on and how to in block the toilet. So , first impressions “we are not staying here- I am not leaving our car here it won’t be here in the morning “ are a few of the comments made. The rear parking - wow ! Dumped old mattresses and cars with punctures. No lights in the stairwell that worked …. Met by a Junkie on our doorstep on morning 1.. although he was very apologetic. Followed by second morning checking out with needles and foil on the stairwell… didn’t feel overly safe - but once we found somewhere to park in view of the 5th floor window ( down a very narrow road with large pot holes) we left the car parked for the 2 days as we would not of got it parked again . So the cab fares mounted up considerably- we were staying for the marathon. There was an overwhelming smell of Popcorn all weekend - no idea where that was coming from . For the price we would not stay again .
