“You needed to park, enter the building and the loft to get a fob to get into the parking garage. You needed to do that in reverse to get out and leave the fob in the apartment. A bit clunky and time consuming and would be difficult if there was no free parking spots in the alleyway. Construction in front of the building meant parking was very limited to stop and enter the building. All good otherwise.”

“It was a quiet and cozy stay with a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Miles and John we're very helpful with the sign-in process. Will definitely stay again when we're back to Edmonton”

“Pros: bedding was new and fresh. Location was excellent for river valley access Cons: poor quality of space. Bathroom was awful. Not clean, shower full of mildew and mold. Door stuck, required force to open making a loud noise that disrupted the whole space. Flooring was peeling up. Overall quality and care of the space was sloppy.”

“A well appointed apartment with easy access for loading and unloading with the bonus of secure underground parking. The kitchen is well equipped should you wish to eat in. The bedroom nearest to 109th can be a bit noisy overnight. The apartment is easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. The suite was very clean and there were plenty of towels for showers. The host kindly provided body wash, shampoo and conditioner in both bathrooms. We would definitely stay again.”

“Great location, and the host was excellent. Great property!”

“I booked this for my business colleagues, and the check-in process was confusing. It required a code to be verbally relayed to a clerk in the convenience store on the main floor of the building, which I didn't receive beforehand. Without the code my two guests weren't able to check-in. It took several asks to get the host to call the people who were staying there directly instead of communicating with me through the VRBO messenger, when I wasn't the one staying there and wasn't with them. The……

“It was fine. However, I messaged the host weeks before my stay and did not receive a response until after I checked out. There were very few amenities in the unit (for example, only two towels and two wash clothes for two adults staying for four days) and kind of uncomfortable bed and furnishings. It was fine for a quick stay, very central and conveniently located.”

“Great place nice, clean and cozy”

“Great property and very clean.. Save on Foods across the street and lots of other stores and restaurants. Would stay there again for sure. 15 minute walk to Rogers Arena.”

“Host was very helpful cute place , was a lovely stay”

“Super spacious! Loved the infrared sauna and Jacuzzi on the private balcony. And they were laid-back about smoking only on the balcony, which was a nice bonus!”

“We definately would book here again when assured there would be no plumbing and heating problems. There was an issue getting into the apartment when the code did not work but hosts responded within an hour. The space was clean and in an excellent location for us. Maybe a safety grab bar in the shower would help though and one extra towel each would be great. We were happy of our choice to stay here after all the problems were worked out. Thanks”

“The check-in process was frustrating. The Contigo Properties ID verification link was difficult to use and did not allow me to complete the required selfie despite multiple attempts. After an initial call to customer service that was not very helpful, the representative ultimately advised me to text the required information directly. Once I did so, he was able to approve my ID and complete the check-in process. The condo itself was nice; however, we were not informed that the property had……
