"A nice and clean basement with all the necessities. The basement appears just like it does in the photos, and communication was simple and quick. The host provided us with detailed directions on how to get to the property and left us with useful notes. Host is also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was helpful. "This unit was clean and the property managers created an easy check in/check out process (without an excessive list of check out responsibilities). This is a basement unit with larger windows. The ad shows a lot of cozy throw blankets and we loved this vibe however there were no throw blankets on site - not a "make it or break" it detail but we were a bit disappointed. If you are looking for a good, basic suite, you will be satisfied with this one."

Left us stranded outside for over an hour with 2 kids, under 5, in freezing temps at 10 pm because the host was unreachable by me and Vrbo.
