You’ll have full and exclusive access to our walk-out guest suite during your stay—this includes your own private entrance, covered patio, cozy fire table, and natural gas BBQ. Everything shown in the listing photos is yours to enjoy.

This lower-level suite is completely self-contained and separate from the upstairs of the home, where the owner reside. No spaces are shared, and you’ll have complete privacy throughout your visit. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet evening by the fire or streaming Netflix in the living room, you’ll feel right at home in this thoughtfully designed retreat.

Located just a short drive to South Edmonton Common, Whyte Ave, and downtown, you’re close to the best shopping, dining, and nightlife Edmonton has to offer.

While we don’t anticipate significant disruption, there may be some light noise during the day. We kindly ask that you stay off the grass (new sod) to help preserve it. To ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality experience, we kindly require all guests to complete the following quick steps after confirming their reservation:

1. Sign our short-term rental agreement
This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.

2. Complete ID verification
All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.

3. Choose your damage protection option
You’ll have two options to finalize your booking:
– Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay.
OR
– Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.

*Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.

*All requirements are clearly communicated and handled securely through our trusted guest portal.
