"The hotel isn't being maintained. There was garbage all over the grounds and in bags along the motel. The toilet was clogged and when they came to snake it, they left dirty brown water on the floor. The sheets were dirty and not only was there no breakfast, the food area was dirty with crumbs and chicken wing bones from previous people. "

"Could not be a better location to the bills stadium. Less than a 10 min. Walk from room door to gate. Free parking with room. That being said, I personally would not shower there or stay for more than one night due to the outdated and un cleanliness of the bathroom. However the sheets were clean and it was a great place to crash and not worry about how many drinks you have. It also had a clean mini fridge and microwave. Keeping in mind it is a motel not a hotel. "It’s not the most plush place nor it is luxurious. But it was very clean and it was perfect for a place to sleep which was all we needed"

"Good if you need a place to sleep, that’s it. Stayed with my husband and two children, would not return. People up all night slamming doors and yelling. The room was poorly maintained. Not worth the money. It could be a nice place if the owners put a little money into it. "

"We came here to see the solar eclipse. Overall the room was clean but one of my friends complained about seeing mold under the bathroom sink. This motel is definitely what you'd expect for the rate it goes for normally, but we paid 10x that because we came up the weekend of the eclipse. Overall pretty comfortable and in a good area too. Definitely has privacy."

"Getting a knock on the door at 4am from one of the workers there saying we never checked in when we did check in. How can you get keys to a room if you don’t check in??"

"I wasn’t looking for anything glamorous just for a one night Niagara Falls trip with the kids on a whim. It fit our needs for a night. The neighborhood is a typical tight city block 2 story style brick. At no point did we feel unsafe but the neighbor to the left (if looking at the home) had loud music during portions of the night. Nothing the fans in the rooms couldn’t drown out. Simple, low maintenance stay."

"Neighborhood, outside of the house, and stairways were sketchy! The inside of the apartment was nice and had enough space. It was great location as far as distance to Niagara, but it did not feel safe. Only down fall inside was that we didn’t get more towels until the last night of our trip. It was priced fairly! Overall the apartment was fine."
