Some of the appliances were a bit dated and you have to step into the bath to take a shower but overall the accommodation was great. The hotel is close to Earls Court station which was also a bonus. "We really enjoyed the boat and the area, was a peaceful and quiet space, especially after spending time in Central London. Transit made it very easy to go anywhere. Close to Kew Gardens, can walk to the Elizabeth Gate. A boat may not be for everyone, but we loved how unique it was and all the birds nearby. Mark was very helpful and accommodating as well."

"This might just be the worst hotel I’ve stayed in in the past 20 years. Had to wait more than an hour to get the front door unlocked, the host is an 86-year-old man who should have retired years ago. The lobby was very dirty, thick layers of dust on every surface, un-vacuumed carpets, he wouldn’t accept a credit card and refused to show us the room till we fetched the money from a bank in the area.
