“Der Gastgeber Sergio ist sein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Er stand uns jeder Zeit zur Verfügung und hat, sofern wir etwas benötigten, sofort um unsere Bedürfnisse gekümmert. Das Haus ist in der Nähe vom Flughafen und S Arenal. Dennoch sollte man beachten einen Mietwagen zu buchen. Die Anreise mit Uber etc. Ist dauerhaft teuer und kompliziert weil das Haus abgelegen ist. Aufgrund der Umgebung sollte man kein Problem mit Insekten haben, da diese im und um das Haus häufig……

“Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in einer größeren Gruppe mit Freunden und Familie. Die Hauptkpche ist ausreichend groß, sodass viele Leute helfen können. Der Grill war nagelneu, große Paellapfannen gab es auch. Für den Pool gibt es viele aufblasbare Spielsachen. Alles in allem war es einfach super dort. ”

“Maria has a truly amazing house- surrounded by nothing but pure nature, with large space and a nice garden facility, crystal clear pool and amazing rooms/baths. We were more than delighted with our stay. Every room has a ceiling fan that can be set to different levels and put on a timer. In our week it was very hot but thanks to the closeness to the sea, the pool and the fans- we were able to manage the heat quite good. We came with 8 people in total and one dog- who had the time of his life and……

“Wir haben diese Zeit auf der wunderbaren Insel sehr genossen. Die auserwählte Finca auf den Terrassen von Banyalbufar mit Blick auf das Meer war ein kleines Paradies für uns. Zeit um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Wir hatten unsere Ebikes dabei um das Tramontana Gebiet zu erkunden. Traumhaft schön! Spanische Dörfer, Orte und Städte, sowie tolle Badebuchten laden zum Verweilen ein. Wir würden jederzeit wieder gerne hierher kommen. ”

“We arrived at the Casita in beautiful, natural surroundings. All facilities were accurately described and the atmosphere was peaceful and tranquil. Breath taking views in all directions. Very clean throughout. Scruffy the cat was a bonus comfort. Once down at the main road we could easily navigate our way by foot or car. A truly joyous week spent here. Would highly recommend.”

“Wir waren Ende Oktober hier und können diese Finca nur weiterempfehlen. Alles was benötigt wird ist vor Ort. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war ebenfalls sehr angenehm und sie hat uns bei all unseren Wünschen und Bedürfnissen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden.”

“Die Finca bei Inca liegt ideal um alle Regionen von Mallorca gut und schnell zu erreichen. Wir hatten eigentlich einen Wanderurlaub im Tramuntana-Gebirge geplant, mussten aber wegen des schlechten Wetters os in andere Regionen Mallorcas ausweichen, was von der Finca aus ja dann auch gut ging. Die Finca selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlte uns dort an nichts. Juan war ein sehrnetter Gastgeber und jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar.”

“Der Aufenhalt war sehr schön. Die Finka war super schön gehalten, und der Pool war schön auch für die Kinder. Die Kominikation zwischen Vermieterin und uns war auch super. Immer wieder gerne. ”

“Toller, erholsamer Aufenthalt. Gepflegtes Grundstück, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr entspannter Vermieter, guter Kontakt per WhatsApp. Ideal für alle, die etwas abgelegener entspannen möchten. ”

“Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Das Haus ist in einem gepflegten Zustand und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber erfolgte problemlos.Es gibt keinen direkten Parkplatz Vorort, sondern man muss in einer engen Seitenstraße parken. Das Mietauto hierfür sollte wirklich nicht zu groß sein! Soller ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen (20-25 Minuten) und mit dem Auto braucht man ca 15 Minuten zur Badebucht in Port de Soller.”

“Sehr schöne Finca, herzlicher Empfang. Alles ist in gepflegtem Zustand und perfekt sauber. Sehr ruhig und abgelegen. Wer unbedingt super schnelles Internet benötigt, wird entäuscht sein. Aber man ist ja vor Ort um die Insel zu genießen. Allerdings: Ein Geschirrspüler würde die Sache perfekt machen.”

“Extended family of 16 including adults & children for a fortnight. The villa was very spacious and well equipped. Decor was a good blend of traditional and modern. All well maintained and very clean. Pool was cleaned every morning before we were all up !! Owners were very discrete but popped in occasionally to gift us with fresh vegetables and figs grown on their land - lovely touch! Would revisit and highly recommend........”

“The villa is just gorgeous! Fabulous outside area with fantastic pool area with plenty of shade (needed!), that we rarely left. Teens loved the table tennis and appreciated the excellent WiFi. Really well appointed bedrooms, living room (which we didn’t use) and kitchen. Location is great.. we’re non-car drivers and accessed from Palma Airport by bus and train (less than an hour). Used the train to visit Inca and vineyards. Brilliant holiday. ”

“We had a four generation holiday, it was so spacious and very clean and we all liked the soft bedding.Panco Rentals were great at booking dinner reservations and taxis for us.”

“Once in your lifetime, you should experience something as magical as this property and location. Everything was perfect right down to the sheep in the olive grove and fresh lemons we used to cook with. It was spatious, elegant but you felt at home right from the start. The location was central and convenient to explore Palma and the west coast. A big splurge for us but it was a graduation present for our children who finished their university studies.”

“Our stay at this beautiful home was more than we could have hoped for! The communication was great! Our host met us at the house and Showed us around, even though our flight was delayed and we arrived past midnight. We were left a lovely parcel of goodies when we arrived which was welcomed after our travel. The place was absolutely spotless. So clean! The home was so well looked after. We can’t wait to come back and stay again! Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou!!!”

"A no frills hotel, super basic, no expectation, no disappointment. There’s nothing provided in the room except towels, hair dryer and 2 glass. There’s no fridge or kettle. I can put up with it for a 2 night stay but not more than that. The unlimited brunch which last s until 13:30 is quite scrumptious and the staff there are very friendly and the food gets refilled promptly as well. To be honest, I’m not a fan of the area situated, there’re too many people and not very clean. However, the beach promenade is pretty nice in the morning for a jog because the beach goers swamp in. Maybe It’s just me but I think other guests (mostly German) really enjoy their stay, because there is lots of space and two outdoor pool to hang out with your friends."
