“My husband and I stayed in a cozy room with kitchenette in June. You must take stairs to second floor to access elevator but staff helped carrying luggage. The room was affordable, clean and comfortable. Staff were kind and responsive. The area was close to transportation and a 10 minute walk to Gran Via. Royal palace and Mercado de San Miguel was about a 20 minute walk. Would stay here again!”
