“We have nothing but positive things to say about this property! The host, Samuel, was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. Beds were comfy, kitchen well-stocked, WiFi fast and beautiful design! Also located in a cute residential area with lots of bars/cafes. If you have the chance to stay here in January 6 (Epiphany/3 Kings Day) there isa parade that night and the apartment looks down right on the parade route! Get there early grab some wine and snacks and watch the parade……

“Appartement très bien situé, en plein centre et à deux pas de bars et restaurants. À 5 mn à pied de la playa de la Caleta. L'appartement est grand et correspond aux photos. L'air conditionné et le wifi fonctionnent bien. Nous n'y avons pas cuisiné, mais il semblait correctement équipé. Un inconvénient est l'absence d'endroit pour accrocher du linge ou des serviettes pour les faire sécher. Deux des trois chambres n'ont pas de fenêtres vers l'extérieur et ne peuvent être ventilées qu'avec la……

“Beautiful home, so many thoughtful design choices. So spacious and amazing to have 4 toilets and 3 bathrooms. The beds were super comfortable. Loved the kitchen deisgn and even in January, the roof terrace was lovely on a sunny afternoon. Also the location was incredible, so close to everything but very quiet at night. Than you!”

Allein, dass die FeWO nicht gereinigt war, keinerlei Informationen vorlagen - Wo?Was? - irgendwie als Einweisung verstehen könnte. Wir haben die FeWo selbst gereinigt, da Ihre Reinigungskraft erst 1 Tag nach Anreise erschien. Ihre Reinigungskraft hat lediglich die Küche geputzt. Erst ein Mitarbeiter (?) erschien am 8.Januar und begutachtete unsere Mängelanzeige. Er……
