“La pagina del hotel es un engaño, te dicen ser pet friendly y no puedes ir a ningún lado con tu perro, solo puedes tenerlo en la habitacion. El colchon viejisimo y malisimo y con un hundimiento enorme en cada lado asi que sientes q duermes en un hoyo, y las almohadas peor! Llenas de bolas , super viejas e incomodas. El personal amable aunque con poco criterio, el mesero del turno matutino excelente. Jamás volvería. Y si piensan llevar un perro mejor ni lo consideren, dejar entrar a tu perro a la……

“Been traveling to la Paz for years and this is the worst hotel I’ve stayed. The property is old and not maintained definitely not like the pictures they share, the room was dirty and the beds were old. The shower head was so old it sprays water all over the place and the bathroom floor was soaking wet after every shower. Girl next door got stuck in the bathroom for like an hour until staff was able to open the door for her. Went to have breakfast and the staff was super rude like if they all……

“Stayed March 2026! We very much enjoyed our stay! Great size room, ac was amazing after being in the sun all day. 2 blocked from malecon & the church. Clean and tidy. Staff is always friendly! Breakfast was limited but there were two of us and we shared and it made it easier for us also it’s free ! Lol Bed was a little firmer than I liked but that’s my preference. And I saw reviews about outdated furniture but that didn’t bother us at all. It was a great stay thank you to the wonderful……

“The balcony facing the sea was the huge bonus for me. That was why I chose Las Gaviotas. As a solo traveler I did not need the large space. The apartment is very large with large balcony also. Perfect for families, or 2 couples as it offers each a bedroom and each their own bath plus kitchen. Location steps to Malecon, restaurants, cafes, grocery. And quiet for sleeping. The pool setting is very nice with many lounge chairs. Hector the owner is really helpful. I felt relaxed staying here. Would……

“the pool was very small but nice. all parking is on the street. the staff were very accommodating but their hours are limited. bring good ear plugs as there are barking dogs at business across street - noisy all night. patio was nice. breakfast was a banana/fruit and drinkable yoghurt. cookies came out at 10 am. this place does not have a kitchen, only a very small frig. NO ice machine. plenty of filtered water available in lobby”
