「Staff was perfect 」

「Average hostel with below average voulenteer staff. There was roughly 6 of them and all equally lazy. Never been to a place where toilet paper was the only cleaning solution and paper towels or hand towels are non existent. This was very annoying. In addition to the staff rarely refreshing the bathrooms or stocking up on items as there was no hand soap for 2 days.. gross. Manager needs to come and put his girls in line. 」

「Well I arrived at the place first of all the address was wrong, second the place was no longer in business and shouldn't be advertised.」

「It’s a scam company together with Casa Luna. Paid a 9.4 hotel and got sent to Casa Luna, their low rate hostel. I tried Casa Luna on a previous trip. Unless you noice levels like a Turkish bazar on two sides of your room. A dirty stinky filthy kitchen across and no services at all. Even on my strong complaints the staff gives a damn. No refund offered, no apology. And…. Antique Luna was still available 2 hours later. Scam artists 」

「Great location in small town, enthusiastic welcome from helpful owner. We liked the bright and airy nature of room 3. Short walk into centre for eating opportunities. Good spacious hot shower. 」

「This place is charming to look at….not great for sleeping. The arrangement here is bizarre. As a guest you have to walk through the front shop to get out which means that over night you are locked in. Not a fan of not being able to come and go. Practical things like WiFi did not work the lamp in our room did not work (we traded out the bulb) and the bathroom had not been cleaned. The noise during sleeping hours was the worst we experienced the entire trip. As the hostel is right on the main...

「I didn’t even stayed, the place didn’t have a parking lot and it looked dirty. The room wasn’t ready at 4pm so we stayed with another friends better. Got charged for nothing...」
