“What a lovely and quiet property with a beautiful view! The beds and pillows were quite comfortable and the living space and kitchen amenities were exactly what were needed for a weekend in Topanga!
The host was easy to communicate with and answered questions quickly.

“Unfortunately, when we arrived we saw signs of a pest infestation. There were several case-bearing moth larva on the walls, near the baseboards and closets. They're insects that live inside cases and can feed on your clothes causing damage that you inadvertently take home with you if there is an infestation in a property you rent. “The Tea House was exactly what i needed…a peaceful, quiet retreat in nature.The nightly chorus of frogs was a highlight and the trails on the property brought breathtaking views.The host, David, was upbeat, friendly and communicative which made my trip even more enjoyable.There was no tv(perfect!) and no oven/stovetop which made cooking a fun challenge using the toaster oven and microwave. My one tip is to bring napkins and/or paper towel! I can’t WAIT to return!”
