"This hotel has beautiful waterfront. The room is simple. The top of the room has wooden space let air go it. There is net on top of the bed. Since I didn't hear any mosquitos, I didn't put net down. I did use the fan all night. The following day I have 50+ mosquito bites on my face and body. These mosquitos are small and don't know noisy. I guess you have to use net. People work here are super nice. "

"Absolutely the best customer service we've ever experienced in Cambodia. The staff is so friendly and treats you like a guest should be treated (i.e. they never walk out in front of you, they always step aside and allow you to walk by, they greet you with a warm smile, they always ask of you need anything vs allowing you to wander around aimless and lost, etc...). "The staff are all so nice and helpful! They helped me book a tour (which was so much fun, I learned a lot and had a blast) and book my bus going back to Siem Reap. It was seamless. They also helped me with my laundry even though I just gave it to them the day before I left so it was a little rushed. The restaurant staff are also so accommodating and nice. And the restaurant itself was just so airy and fresh. Thanks for a great stay!"
