"Great place and cool neighborhood"

"We were going to The Palace theatre for a concert and the location was perfect. We parked in the garage and walked 2 blocks to The Brown Hotel for drinks and apps, then 1 block to the Palace, and 1 block back to VRBO. Perfect!"

"Great place, great complex! Apt smelled amazing as soon as we walked in and was clean and perfect for out stay. The complex has a pool table, weight room, Golf Simulator, AND A DOG WASHING STATION!!! Parking for the place was challenging, but theres inexpensive creative ways to make it work if youre gone all day. Thanks for the stay!"

"The home was cute as a button and was plenty of room for a family of 4. The home was within 10 minutes of downtown. The home is close to the airport as well. We did not hear much of the planes either. If we ever return back to Kentucky we will be sure to stay here again. Thanks for the memories."

"It was fine. Loved the balcony. Not clean to my standards at all. The was a towel shoved in the couch bed. There was something splattered on the ceiling. The floors were absolutely disgusting especially considering I took my crawling baby. And on our last day, when we stripped the bed, i was horrified at the stains and how crusty looking it was under the sheets. It was fine for a couple nights but I definitely won’t be staying at this location again"

However be prepared for the bar to be busy every night of the week until 2am when they close, recommend a sound machine if you don’t plan on being up late if you’re a light sleeper. The bar was fun and all employees were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to other bars and restaurants.
