「We needed an extended stay for our unique situation and Joe and Joshua were the best hosts! The house is comfy and well proportioned even for a family of five with pets. All the amenities were there for a longer stay, and the location is perfect for a short commute to CdA. The backyard is lovely and serene and there was plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and even our storage trailer and boat! 「This place was very comfortable, spacious, and well organized! Very helpful labels throughout the kitchen. Everything we needed was available. Great TV service, a gas grill on the deck, and a hot tub. Very enjoyable. Parking was a bit of a struggle. For a place that sleeps 7 (?) people, only 2 parking spaces could be limiting for some guests. Street parking was far away, too. Other than the parking, I have no other disappointments.」

「There were 10 of us that came from out of state to attend graduation ceremony at Gonzaga Law. We all had enough space and the pool was great! Although the house is a bit dated, it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The neighborhood is also very quiet. I would recommend this house to any large group!」
