「Torch lake is beautiful, the deck, bonfire area, and lake front were perfect- loved the two kayaks. The house under delivered. There was still trash in some cans, light switches that didn’t work, spider webs in the shower, and a general musty scent. This house also requires you to bring your own sheets, bedding, and towels- comforters and pillows were provided, but it didn’t seem that they were washed between renters. Coming from out of state this was not really acceptable- we needed to spend an...

「It was my first time in Petoskey, it’s a beautiful town and the location of the cottage was perfect. Beautiful scenery, quiet and relaxing. The cottage was a little worn and not very clean. The carpets were stained and the back door screen was torn. But the location and scenery made up for it. Will definitely stay again.」

「Beautiful property with beautiful scenery. Loved seeing the water and the amazing sunsets available. Was a bit chilly for hiking but it was nice to settle in and read. The house is well taken care of and beautifully taken care of with updated appliances and peaceful neighbors as well. Will be back with some kayaks and hiking boots. truly spectacular and thank you for sharing your cabin ❤️. I wi be back and happy to refer others for this great get away!」

「Lovely spot, close to skiing and snowmobiling. The pool and hot tub is at the club house and cost $6 a day. It was a great and fun to have. The only negative is that i think this property would not hold more than 6 people. The bedrooms are small. Not a problem for us because our whole group did not come, but could be for other bigger groups. We also ran out of TP and paper towel and we only had 4 people. Not a complaint, just a comment! We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this dog friendly...
