Nice clean comfortable property

We had a lovely holiday and the property was great. I would definitely recommend it. We did have a bad experience on the first day, we got locked out because we had left one set of keys on the door inside and then the other set from outside wouldn’t open this door. This is a serious design fault, which I’ve never come across before with any door and we feel we should have been warned, it was so weird. It proved a very expensive mistake. We hadn’t realised that to access the pool you have to go out of the gate, up the road, through the car park and then into the pool area. Lastly it seems very odd doing the booking with Vrbo and then having to do lots more paperwork with the owner

Logement tout confort

Le logement est très bien équipé et très agréable. Il est dans une résidence avec une belle piscine bien adaptée aux adultes moins aux jeunes enfants en raison de la profondeur. On y accède de la rue facilement. Une plage de galets et avec des algues en août se trouve à proximité ( Almadraba) avec très peu de monde. Pour avoir du sable il faudra reprendre la voiture mais c’est facile pour se garer.

goede gerenoveerde huisje voor vakantie

mooie gerenoveerde huis bij een goede locatie om verschillende strand plekken te bezoeken. ruime huis voor 4 personen , airco deed het goed , helaas bij een kamer hadden geen airco ( temperaturen rond 40graden + vocht in juli en augustus.) zwembad was prima binnen een rustige buurt , wel veel faciliteiten zoals supermarkten waren dichtbij...etc

Sehr schöne 3 Wochen in Els Poblets

Es war wirklich ein schöner Aufenthalt im Haus von Stella..das Haus ist geräumig sauber und es fehlt im Haus wirklich nichts...es gibt sogar einen zweiten großen Kühlschrank in dem Abstellraum neben der Küche...es fehlte für uns ein elektrischer Quirl aber die Vermieter kümmerten sich noch am ersten Tag darum und jetzt gehört auch dieses Küchengerät zur Ausstattung Eine kleine Schwachstelle bei den 35-40° war dass im kleinen Zimmer mit Schlafcouch keine Klimaanlage gibt. Die Fam Schaich besorgte uns auch gleich zum ersten Tag einen neuen Ventilator welche in der Nacht dann etwas Abkühlung brachte... Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die Beschreibung des Gemeinschaftspools. Das Haus hat keinen direkten Zugang zum Pool. Man gelangt nur über den Gehweg dann durch den abgeschlossenen Gemeinschaftsparkplatz zum Pool. Dort gibt es keine Liegen oder sonstiges Sitzmöglichkeiten...lediglich gepflegtes Gras...hier kann man dann auf einer Decke liegen oder man bringt sich eben etwas zum sitzen mit. Am Pool war in den 21 Tagen fast nie etwas los...und wenn dann nur sehr wenig Leute. Einkaufen ist mit dem Auto alles ca. 5 min entfernt. Lidl, Aldi, spanischer Supermarket, asiatisches Kaufhaus - wo man fast alles günstig erwerben kann- Ein Auto ist aber absolut hilfreich..um die tolle Gegend zu erkunden.. Der beste Strand für uns war in Olvia Beach...ca. 14 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Den Vorgarten mit Grill haben wir aus Zeitgründen diesmal nicht genutzt

Nice and hot days in Els Poblets

Nice apartment, nice pool area, quite close to grocery shops and restaurants. Too many mosquitoes periodically though, so bring some kind of repellent. The internet connection is a bit flaky, especially on the first floor for some reason. Had a nice trip to Denia, and even a nicer one to Altea (wonderful beach promenade and old town). Would also recommend a trip to Fonts de l'Algar. Good starting point for bike rides, both flat and hilly.

Très bon séjour, piscine à proximité très appréciée

J’y retournerai sans hésiter, plage praticable un peu loin ( la plus proche est 1 plage de cailloux et de galets !!!
