"This very clean, quiet and friendly place was a respite from busy Bangkok! We were made to feel very welcome with a special birthday surprise and outstanding service whenever we entered the lobby. The two bedroom accommodation was spacious, clean and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The walk to public transport was easy (even with kids), and also close to shopping and restaurants. We loved our stay! "

"Staff was awesome. Great for families with children. Close to Terminal 21 and other shopping and food. Quick walk to BTS and MRT, so all of Bangkok is readily accessible. Sukhumvit and Nana area. Good variety of options for dining, massage, laundry, and 7-11 on same street. Staff will help with transportation and anything you need. Breakfast was great with egg stations, ethnic options, and for vegetarian, vegans, and requests for non-buffet items such as bacon for those that want it. Overall, the staff made it all great. Would have liked a later pool time, but that is it."
"Room wasn’t quite ready for our 3pm check in. Had to wait 30/45 mins. Not really a big problem. The receptionist ‘Toon’ was very very good and made sure any issues were dealt with very smoothly. She has single handedly made our experience pleasant.
