"Very good hotel located right in the middle of Ha Noi, Old Town. Close proximity to everything, many restaurants close by; only 5 minutes walk to the lake. Excellent staff; everyone was so friendly and very helpful. Very good breakfast with freshly made to order food: pho, omelet, eggs... The beds were big and comfortable. Even though the hotel is located on a busy street with a school across the street, you could barely hear the noises when you are in the room. Good shower with strong pressure and hot water. Management were very helpful and they helped to book transportation for us to get to the airport. On our last day, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel (after we checked out) and explored the town for a few hours before we went to the airport. "

Everything went amazingly well, clear and fast communication with the hotel staff. "The location was great, the hotel was clean, and the staff was amazing. We needed to change hotels because the Splendid Premium was full on our last night. Our new hotel was close but walking with our suitcases wasn’t an option. Lily and her colleagues arranged to take us by motorbike to the new hotel and then they delivered our suitcases- above and beyond level of service! I definitely recommend this hotel if you are going to Hanoi!"
