"Despite confirming our reservations the day of our trip, we were told that our rooms were canceled when we tried to check-in, leaving us with no where to stay upon our arrival in a foreign country. It is inexcusable that Expedia includes this establishment as a lodging option to their customers!!!!"

"This hotel is quite attractive--between crafts/art on display and much greenery in outdoor areas. Food and drinks were good, albeit pricey. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing even if one doesn't swim. The front desk and reception staff did their basic job but were not helpful or friendly."

Anytime I need to ask for something, she’s always available for me. The room cleaners were so polite, friendly and lovely. I will choose this place million times. Becky and her team are the best. The security guys also gave an excellent and exceptional service. These guys would not even allow me to carry my own stuff. They always carry my stuff to the elevator door regardless of how heavy it is. Best experience ever in my life.
