"The staff were so friendly and helpful. The beds were huge and very comfortable. Room was lovely and clean. Location is great, right in the middle of everything but our room was still silent as it was off the street. I have to leave at 5am and the staff packed me a breakfast to go."

Anna helped us with getting to know the city, gave us a map and pointed out all the sites to see in Hanoi she was wonderfull ĐA was amazing super nice and helped us with everything we needed Good location and the staff was the best.
