「Unfortunately, the check-in at this hotel was one of the worst I’ve experienced. Firstly, they do not accept American Express, which was inconvenient and not clearly stated in advance. The receptionist then struggled to process my alternative card, insisting it didn’t work. I politely asked her to try again and of course, the card worked perfectly the third time, confirming it was a user error on her part. What made the situation worse was her lack of apology or acknowledgment of the mistake....

「We stayed in The Chapel Room, which was beautiful, so unique - with stunning stained glass windows, very spacious, gorgeous decor/furnishings and a super comfortable, large bed. The hospitality/housekeeping staff are all extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast was delicious and served by a smiling, friendly and helpful team - we always receive excellent customer service, thank you. The breakfast room/restaurant and resident's lounge are lovely to relax in too. 」

「I loved primrose cottage so much. It was just perfect for my solo trip. It really felt like a home from home, I felt so comfortable there. The duvet and pillows were so soft and plentiful. The Wi-Fi was great, no issues at all. The kitchen was very well stocked, more than it needed to be but my favourite part of the stay was the shower. It was - hands down - the most powerful shower I've ever had. Just perfect after my run on the beach I really hope I'll be back soon and hope...

「This was a rabbit warren of a hotel, with rooms of all shapes and sizes scattered throughout the site. We were initially given a very dark room, which was a strange shape, and a yapping dog next door; we were given a much better room when we complained. There was a problem with the wifi connection throughout our stay, and as the mobile phone signal was poor, we had to leave the hotel to get an internet connection. There was insufficient car parking on site and so we had to pay £10.80 per day at...
