Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Came for 4 days with 14 adult family members. Needed an elevator and close access to the beach. House was lovely. Only issue was the A.C. was not working on the top floor, which is the main floor for gathering. They brought in portable a.c. units for living area and master bedroom and those worked quite well. Local HVAC company was prompt and courteous. Rusty, the maintenance guy, was fantastic! He came by repeatedly to make sure units were working and see if we needed anything. Great place, perfect for our family and our needs. Pool was perfect! Provided some much needed shade.
Stayed 4 nights in Aug 2025
