「The hotel is already relatively "modern" if you compare it with other hotels nearby. The single room and bed are small and old, but comfortable. Unfortunately, there was a spider in my room, which was totally unacceptable. I was advised by the receptionist that it was her first time to hear that and I should take a photo (if I did, I would upload this photo together with my comment). 「Overall, I’d say this was an excellent place to stay! It’s a safe neighborhood, and the staff were very kind, accommodating, and informative when I had some last minute luggage issues. The room itself was perfect for what I needed, and the breakfast was delicious. My only concern was that I could not manage to get the hot water to work both in my sink and the shower, but I assume that was a fluke. All in all, I’d still recommend it for any traveler (especially solo travelers).」

"Good location Staff really nice with passion I had a day tour was start early morning, so the suggested a breakfast to go, really impressive! Room is comfortably, enough space for solo trip, bath area is a bit small but clean Room night is really humanity, but they use light sensor system in the corridor, it's a bit dark and not so sensitive, recommended to adjust the timer maybe 1 more min lasting, safety and environmental friendly is both important! Light Rail & supermarket & bar & restaurant all surrounded hotel within walkable minutes Highly recommend "

"I booked under VIP access. When I arrived, they didn't give me any upgrade or 20% food and beverage discount coupon. I need to ask the reception. He said my room already upgrade and no more 20% discount coupon but my colleague booked without VIP access. Her room is higher floor and even nicer than mine. I felt cheating. "
