"Beautiful and peaceful property. A dream. We did not want to leave. The pool area and gardens are gorgeous and so relaxing that we decided to take a break from visiting and simply enjoy the pool. Family owned hotel and owners are so nice. Central to Noto, Syracusa, beaches and Ragusa. A car is needed but parking is free. Also a Fantastic place as a venue for any celebration, birthday, wedding… "

"place okay. Bit early in season. Everything at the accommodation closed at 7pm. Didn’t open again until breakfast at 0730am. Nowhere else to hang as main reception area closed at 1930so confined to pokey room or outside in cold. We were offered a bigger better room at an extra 20e a night on check in which came over as ours was bit rubbish! -which it was !
It was a 15 min drive to Avola on a dodgy road. Little to see in Avola - sea front area was ok but little there due to time of year. Room...

Air Conditioner was broke and not working the first night but they brought us a fan which helped and they fixed it the next morning. Breakfast was great the first morning and went downhill from there- $8.00 per person. Probably not worth it but the coffee was good. No cafe near by. Shower great. Staff helpful. Old building in not a very pretty area but safe enough. Elevator helpful for luggage. Great restaurants on the beach. "

"The Photorooms is an amazing accommodation! It’s very well situated—an easy walk to the main tourist hotspots, yet very quiet as it’s tucked into a residential area. There are many great restaurants nearby, and it’s also very close to the train station.
The place is extremely clean and comfortable. Giovanni, the owner, is very considerate as well. He is very proactive and communicates readily. I really enjoyed Siracusa and Giovanni’s place.
I’m looking forward to coming back to Siracusa, and...

A wonderful stay in this gem of a hotel! What lovely staff and hospitality.
The garden, was spectacular at night time with a glass of Prosecco.
The guide tour in this historic building from 1762 which he calls home, after breakfast was amazing and we felt spoiled.
I would return to Noto tomorrow, mostly to say hello to him and see this beautiful home."
