During my stay, they were good to me and my dad, guilding us to the train station, ordered a cheap taxi for us, helped me to open the bathroom door when I didn't know how to open it. It was also quiet and considerated place to sleep at night, we enjoyed our stay.”

“★☆☆☆☆ – A Distressing Experience I Would Never Wish on Another Traveller I booked this property through Expedia for one night and, before travelling, emailed the owners several times to explain that I would be arriving with my trained psychiatric assistance dog. Every email was ignored. Had they simply replied before I travelled, I would have cancelled my booking and stayed elsewhere. Instead, I travelled to the property alone with four suitcases, only to be told on arrival, "We don't allow……

“We loved our very brief stay at this hotel! We did end up having to move hotels at the very last minute due to a scheduling conflict, but the two nights we did have here we fully enjoyed. My friend and I agreed that this hotel had the comfiest bed and pillows out of all of our other stays! Also super happy with both hotel managers, Mike and Lewis, for being super helpful in finding alternative arrangements/providing suggestions. All the staff here were really great. “Property is quite good, clean, comfortable, and a well stocked apartment. It made for a comfortable stay and overall would stay again. As others have said you can hear the music from the cafe in the mornings. The main stress was the lack of communication for check in. There is no app or front desk as mentioned in the listing and we had to chase to receive check in details. Some listing inaccuracies like free parking is only evenings and weekends.”
